Ingredients

3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled

2 eggs, raw, divided

¾ c breadcrumbs, divided

¾ lbs. pork sausage

1⁄4 c flour
- Non-stick cooking spray, as needed
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 raw egg, ¼ c breadcrumbs, and the pork sausage.
- In a shallow bowl, beat the remaining raw eggs. In another shallow bowl, add flour. Set these aside.
- Divide the sausage mixture into six equal portions. Flatten each portion down into an oval shaped piece.
- Roll each hard-boiled egg in the flour then place the egg in the middle of the oval sausage patty. Wrap the sausage around the egg so that it completely encloses the egg.
- Now, roll the sausage-wrapped egg in the flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and then roll it in the remaining breadcrumbs. Repeat for each egg.
- Press Preset and use the left arrow to select Preset 60. Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating to 375°F. Once preheated, the Brio will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to place your food into the Brio.
- Open the Base Tray and place the eggs in a single layer onto the Air Circulation Riser and spray them with non-stick cooking spray. Close the Base Tray and start cooking 375 ̊F for 10 minutes.
- After 5 minutes the Brio will emit 3 sets of triple beeps. Open the Brio, flip each egg over and spray the tops again with non-stick cooking spray.
- Close the Brio Base Tray to resume cooking. When cooking is done the Brio will beep 3 times and display “End”.
