What are Nuwave Rewards?

  • Nuwave Rewards points are a virtual currency that can earned by making purchases on Nuwave’s official store (nuwavenow.com).
  • By joining Nuwave Rewards, you can start earning points that can be redeemed for discounts or free products.
  • Nuwave Rewards points are non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used on any other website or anywhere else outside of nuwavenow.com.

Where do I find my points balance?

You can view your points after logging into your Nuwave Rewards account.

When do I receive my points?

For purchases made on nuwavenow.com, your Nuwave Rewards points will be added to your account after your order has been fulfilled.

How do I redeem my points?

  • Redeem a Gift: Choose your gift, copy the discount code, add the gift to your cart, and apply the code at checkout for the discount.
  • Redeem a Coupon: Select your coupon and apply your discount code on the checkout page when placing your order.
  • You do not have to use the discount codes immediately, but be aware that these codes do have an expiration date so be sure to redeem your reward before your code expires.

Do rewards points expire?

Your Nuwave Rewards points expire 12 months after the date they were earned so be sure to redeem those points!

Can I use my reward coupon with another coupon code?

Customers can only apply one discount code per order. Your Nuwave Rewards codes cannot be combined with other offers.

Do I get rewards points for shipping and taxes?

Nuwave Rewards points are calculated before any shipping charges or taxes are applied.
