There’s no need to defrost with the Nuwave Combi. You can cook frozen items like french fries in as little as 4 minutes without compromising the flavor or texture. For even more convenience, every Nuwave Combi comes with a Quick Start Guide that shows which frozen foods can be cooked using which presets.
The Nuwave Combi is compatible with a variety of bakeware, including:

Cleaning is simple:
- Always ensure the unit is turned off and unplugged.
- Wipe the inside of the unit using a non-abrasive pad and warm, soapy water.

Stage cooking is a function that you can use to program the Nuwave Combi to cook your own custom recipes using multiple stages.
- Press STAGE and select the cooking temperature, time and steam percentage for your first cooking stage and select whether or not you want the unit to preheat.
- Once Stage 1 is set, press STAGE again and repeat step 1 to program Stage 2 of the cooking process. Repeat again, if desired for a third stage.
- Once your stages are programmed, press START/PAUSE and the Nuwave Combi will execute your programmed recipe!
