How do I clean my Nuwave Combi?

Cleaning is simple:

  1. Always ensure the unit is turned off and unplugged.
  2. Wipe the inside of the unit using a non-abrasive pad and warm, soapy water.
  3. Rinse thoroughly

What is Stage Cooking?

Stage cooking is a function that you can use to program the Nuwave Combi to cook your own custom recipes using multiple stages.

  1. Press STAGE and select the cooking temperature, time and steam percentage for your first cooking stage and select whether or not you want the unit to preheat.
  2. Once Stage 1 is set, press STAGE again and repeat step 1 to program Stage 2 of the cooking process. Repeat again, if desired for a third stage.
  3. Once your stages are programmed, press START/PAUSE and the Nuwave Combi will execute your programmed recipe!

The NuWave combi oven is a 10/10! This device is amazing!! You do not need an air fryer, an instant pot, or a toaster or an oven if you have this oven!! It makes bacon great, it makes hard boiled eggs perfectly, it makes salmon in a breeze and perfectly cooked. We have made steak in this, green beans, toast, sausage and frozen meals like wontons dumplings etc. I am obsessed with this device!! If you get this device you will not regret it.

This appliance is great. I have cooked casseroles, steaks, lobster tails, eggs and bacon, toast, chicken, roasted vegetables, pretty much everything I eat in it. It is so easy to clean because of the steam function. When I use the combi function all I have to do is wipe it with a cloth. The steam function doesn't let anything cake on so super easy to clean. The sous vide function works really well on steak. I did a filet mignon in it and it was perfect using the preset function. There are a lot of preset functions that can cook pretty much anything you need to cook. I would highly recommend this product.

NUWAVE: The Future of Eating

I recently had the opportunity to try out the Nuwave Sous Vide Combi Steam Oven, and after using it for various meals, I can confidently say it has earned a solid place in my kitchen. We’ve used the oven to prepare both breakfast and dinner dishes. For breakfast, we made toast, hashbrowns, bacon, plant-based bacon, and sausage. For dinner, we tried various vegetables, fish, chicken, and other meats.
We tried some recipes from the Combi Oven Cookbook, like the Sous Vide Roast Chicken Thighs recipe, but substituted thighs for drumsticks/legs. The result was outstanding—moist, tender, and flavorful. We also made Citrus Green Beans, which turned out delicious as well. Overall, the recipes in the cookbook are easy to follow and deliver excellent results.
We used all the features of the oven, and the most convenient one by far was the Air Fryer function. It’s quick and efficient, allowing food to crisp up nicely in a fraction of the time compared to traditional methods. The Sous Vide function is also fantastic, especially for poultry, fish, and meat—it provides great control over cooking temperatures, ensuring consistently tender results. The oven was very easy to use, with no confusing features or settings.
Sous Vide Function: The Sous Vide feature was a new experience for us, and it did not disappoint. While we were unfamiliar with sous vide cooking before, we found it incredibly convenient for cooking meat, poultry, and fish. The results were always tender and full of flavor, and it was a fun feature to explore.
I have rated the Nuwave Sous Vide Combi Steam Oven 5 stars but it truly 10 stars. It’s a great addition to our kitchen, especially when compared to our Nuwave Pro Plus 2. The steam and Sous Vide features have been game-changers when it comes to cooking.

The combo oven is a life changer! I can prepare my entire meal in this one unit without heating up my kitchen and dirtying multiple dishes/pots! It cooks, steams and air fries everything perfectly!
