The PIC Titanium includes a digital temperature probe that monitors the temperature of your food as it cooks. Insert the probe into your meat to ensure it’s cooked just right, or keep the probe in your boiling water or frying oil to ensure it doesn’t burn.

The PIC Titanium is made with a proprietary temperature control chip that ensures it responds quickly to temperature changes, changing temperatures in as little as 0.2 seconds. This chip also ensures the PIC Titanium maintains a stable cooking temperature with minimal fluctuations.

The PIC Titanium has 4 pre-programmed presets for the most common cooking functions for easy one-touch cooking. You can also program and save up to 46 of your own custom recipes. The PIC Titanium even has an easy-to-read bright white LED display to make cooking even easier.

With an expansive temperature range, adjustable in 5°F increments, the PIC Titanium can cook as low as 100°F and as high as 575°F. It also boasts a delayed shutoff feature for added convenience and an expanded 10-inch induction heating area for added cooking versatility.

Unlike stoves that heat the whole area around the cookware, the PIC generates heat directly in the cookware itself. This unique cooking method keeps the area around your cooktop cool to the touch, virtually eliminating the risk of accidental burns. It even shuts off as soon as you remove your cookware.
