NUWAVE RETURN GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please be advised that you may, if not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your Nuwave appliance within ninety (90) days of purchase for a full product refund, less processing and handling charges. This applies to orders with approved credit being delivered to all valid physical mailing addresses within the United States.

Please note, the ninety (90) day return guarantee is only applicable for Nuwave cooking appliances and air purifiers. Nuwave parts and accessories purchases include a thirty (30) day return guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your Nuwave part or accessory within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full product refund, less processing and handling charges. This applies to orders with approved credit being delivered to all valid physical mailing addresses within the United States.

By accepting this offer, you agree to the terms of this guarantee.


MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY INFORMATION:

With two exceptions, Nuwave Products are covered for a full one (1) year under normal use. Nuwave, LLC will provide the necessary parts and labor to repair or replace the Nuwave Product during this time. After the expiration of the warranty, the cost to repair or replace the Nuwave Product will be the responsibility of the owner. Select Nuwave Products are covered for five (5) years under normal use. The Nuwave Moxie line of blenders and the Nuwave OxyPure line of air purifiers each include a five (5) year manufacturer’s warranty. Nuwave, LLC will provide the necessary parts and labor to repair or replace the Nuwave Product during this time. After the expiration of the warranty, the cost to repair or replace the Nuwave Product will be the responsibility of the owner.
