Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
Directions
Set Bravo to “Roast” and preheat to 425 ̊F.
Toss Brussels sprouts in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place sprouts on Baking Pan and set on Cooking Rack in slot 1 in Bravo.
Set Bravo to 425 ̊F for 23 minutes.
When done, carefully remove from oven and serve.
