Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

4 cloves garlic
- 3 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 t turmeric
- 1⁄4 t chili flakes
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
Directions
Set Bravo to “Roast” and preheat to 425 ̊F.
Toss cauliflower in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic, and chili flakes.
Place cauliflower on Baking Pan and set on Cooking Rack in slot 1.
Set Bravo to 425 ̊F for 35 minutes.
When done, carefully remove from oven.
