1 (4-6oz) boneless chicken breast

2T butter, melted

2T parsley, chopped

Sea salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Place the chicken breast in a 8x8-inch silicone baking pan.
Add butter, parsley, salt and black pepper to pan and place on the 3-inch pan.
Cook at 350ºF for 8 minutes per side.
