Ingredients
- 1⁄2c Harina pellets
- Non-stick cooking spray, as needed
- 1T sea salt
- 2T sugar
- 2T smoked paprika

1 1⁄2T freshly ground black pepper

1t onion powder
- 1t garlic powder
- 1t celery seeds
- 1⁄4t cayenne pepper

Directions
- For the seasoning, place all of the barbecue seasoning ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine well.
- Press Preset and use the left arrow to select Preset 50. Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating to 400°F. Once preheated, the Brio will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to place your food into the Brio. Spray the base tray with non-stick cooking spray. Place the Harina pellets onto the base tray and spray well with non-stick cooking spray.
- Close the Base Tray to begin cooking at 400°F for 6 minutes.
- With 3 minutes left the Brio will emit 3 sets of triple beeps. Open the Base Tray and shake Harina pellets. Then, close the Base Tray to resume cooking.
- Once finished, the Brio will beep 3 times and display “End”.
- Remove the Chicharrones from the Base Tray and season them with barbecue seasoning.
