Ingredients
- 20 raw sea scallops
- 10 slices bacon
- 1t paprika
- 20 toothpicks
- Non-stick cooking spray, as needed
Directions
- Drain and rinse the scallops. Place them on paper towels to soak up the moisture.
- Season the scallops with paprika and wrap each with a piece of bacon, using toothpicks to hold the bacon in place.
- Press Preset and use the left arrow to select Preset 45. Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating to 400 ̊F. Once preheated, the Brio will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to place your food into the Brio. Spray the Air Circulation Riser with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange the scallops in a single layer on the Air Circulation Rise and close the Base Tray.
- The Brio will cook at 400°F for 16 minutes.
- The Brio emit 3 sets of triple beeps at eight minutes to alert you to flip the scallops.
- When the cooking is done the Brio will beep 3 times and display ”End”. Carefully remove the scallops from the Brio. Gently remove the toothpicks and place the scallops on a serving dish.
