Ingredients
- 1lb. chicken wings
- 1t canola oil

1⁄4t freshly ground black pepper

Non-stick cooking spray, as needed
- 1⁄2c barbecue sauce
- 1T green onion, thinly sliced
- 1T pink peppercorns, slightly crushed

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the wings in the oil and pepper to coat.
- Press Preset and use the left arrow to select Preset 33. Press START/PAUSE to begin to preheat to 375 ̊F. Once preheated, the Brio will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to place your food into the Brio. Spray the Air Cir- culation Riser with non-stick cooking spray. Then, place the coated wings onto the Air Circulation Riser and spray them generously with non-stick cooking spray.
- Close the Base Tray to begin cooking at 375 ̊F for 20 minutes.
- While the wings are cooking, in another mixing bowl, add the barbecue sauce, green onions, and peppercorns. To crush peppercorns, place them in the palm of your hand and use your fingers to crush each slightly. They will break apart easily.
- After ten minutes the Brio will emit 3 sets of triple beeps to alert you to flip the wings.
- Once finished, the Brio will beep 3 times and display “End”.
- Use a handheld meat thermometer and check to see that the internal temperature of one of the wings has reached 165°F.
- Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the Brio and toss them in the sauce to coat. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them on their own.
