- 6 ea. thick sliced bacon
Directions
Press On/Off to turn on the Bravo. Press Preset then turn Start/Pause dial to select Preset 5. Press Start/Pause to begin the preheating to 375 ̊F.
- While the Bravo is preheating, On the enamel baking pan lay six (6) pieces of thick-cut bacon on it. Once the Bravo is preheated, it will beep twice, ready, 10 second countdown, one more beep. Open the Bravo door and place the enamel baking pan on cooking rack into position 3. Close the Bravo door to begin cooking 375 ̊F for 10 minutes.
- The Bravo is finished cooking, it will beep 3 times and the display “End”. Serve and enjoy.
Recipe Note
NOTE: If you enjoy crisper bacon, when the Bravo reaches 10 minutes, press Start/Pause to pause, flip the bacon, press Start/Pause, and cook for an additional minute.
