Ingredients
- 4 ea. large eggs
- Non-stick cooking spray, as needed
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
Directions
Place the enamel baking pan on cooking rack, open the Bravo door and place the enamel baking pan and cooking rack into position 1.
Press On/Off to turn on the Bravo. Press Preset then turn Start/Pause dial to select Preset 4. Press Start/Pause to begin the preheating to 300 ̊F with 20% top 80% bottom.
While the Bravo is preheating, crack 4 eggs into 4 small dishes for easy egg pouring. Once the Bravo is finished preheating, the Bravo will beep 2 twice, ready, 10 second countdown, one more beep.
Open the Bravo door and pull out halfway the cooking rack 1. Spray the enamel baking pan with non-stick food spray. Pour one egg from each dish onto the enamel baking pan and slide it all the way back into the Bravo. Close the Bravo Door. To begin cooking 300 ̊F 20% top 80% bottom for 7 minutes.
Once cooking has finished, the Bravo will beep 3 times and display “End”. Open the Bravo door and remove the eggs. Season each egg with salt and pepper and slide them off of the enamel baking pan with a spatula. Serve and enjoy with Grilled Thick Bacon.
