Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast, butterflied (to make 4)

¾ C panko bread crumbs
- ⅓ C Parmesan cheese
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- ¾ C mozzarella cheese
- 1 C marinara sauce
Directions
In a bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Coat chicken in olive oil and dip into the bread crumb mixture.
Place chicken onto greased Baking Pan. Place onto the Cooking Rack in slot 1. Set Bravo to “Bake” at 450 ̊F to an internal temperature of 165 ̊F for 13-15 minutes.
Using a handheld meat thermometer, insert into side of one of the chicken breasts. Check to see that an internal temperature of 165 ̊F has been reached.
When done, carefully slide out Baking Pan with chicken from oven. Spoon marinara sauce over the cooked chicken. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Slide Baking Pan with chicken back into oven and set to 450 ̊F for 3 minutes.
When cheese has melted, carefully remove chicken breasts from Bravo and let rest for 3 min.
