2 (1-inch-thick) NY Strip Steaks
- 1⁄3 c extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed

Goat cheese

Chives

Directions
Brush strips with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
Place steaks onto greased Baking Pan. Place onto Cooking Rack in slot 1.
Set Bravo to “Roast” for 425 ̊F. Cook for 7-9 minutes.
Using a handheld meat thermometer, cook until an internal temperature of 120 ̊F.
When done, carefully open and remove steaks. Let steaks rest for 5 minutes to reabsorb the juices. Garnish with goat cheese and chives and serve.
