Ingredients

1 (4lbs.) turkey breast, on the bone, with skin

1T extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 2T sea salt
- 1⁄2T poultry seasoning
Directions
- Rub 1⁄2T oil over turkey breast. Season both sides with salt and poultry seasoning. Rub remaining oil over the skin side of turkey.
- Preheat Bravo to 375°F. Set to “Air Fry” and set Cooking Rack in slot 2. Cook for 44-46 minutes.
- Spray Air Fry Basket with cooking spray. Place turkey into Basket and set on Cooking Rack.
- After cooking 44 minutes, using a handheld meat thermometer, check to see that an internal temperature of 165°F has been reached. If not, continue cooking until 165°F is reached.
- When done, remove turkey cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes to reabsorb the juices before carving.
