Ingredients

4 sweet potatoes

⅓c and 3 tablespoons butter, divided

½c sugar

½c brown sugar

2 eggs, slightly beaten

½t salt

1t vanilla

½c flour, divided into ¼c and ¼c

¼c pecans, chopped
Directions
Place sweet potatoes on 3-inch rack and cook at 350°F for 40 minutes.
Let sweet potatoes cool for about 15 minutes.
Peel sweet potatoes.
Place them in medium bowl and mash.
Add ⅓c butter, sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla and ¼c flour; mix well.
Place mixture in 1½-quart casserole dish.
Place dish on 1-inch rack and bake at 350°F for 20-22 minutes.
Combine ¼c flour, 3 tablespoons butter, brown sugar and pecans; mix well.
Remove Dome and stir casserole.
Spread streusel topping on casserole.
Continue to bake for additional 12 minutes.
