Ingredients
- 2lbs. pork roast

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking spray, as needed
Directions
- Season pork roast with salt and pepper, spray baking pan with cooking spray, place the roast on baking pan.
Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial arrows to select one of the following PRESETS:
• Medium - 50
• Well - 51Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating. Once preheated, the unit will beep twice, display "Ready", countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food.
Open the door and place the pork roast on rack position 1. Close the door to begin cooking Stage 1 (400°F combo, 20% steam) for 20 minutes.
The unit will beep 1 time, moving on to Stage 2, (325°F combo, 20% steam) to the desired cooking temperature of:
• Medium 20 minutes, thermometer - 135°F
• Well 35 minutes, thermometer - 155°FAfter Stage 2, the unit will beep three times and display "End". Remove the roast to a serving plate.
Recipe Note
Note: With carryover cooking, the temperature will continue to cook. Check with a hand-held
thermometer the temperature has been reached.
