Ingredients
- 3⁄4c tomato ketchup
- 1T Tabasco® sauce

2t Worcestershire sauce

1⁄4c vinegar
- 1T lemon juice
- 1⁄2c brown sugar
- 1⁄2t dry mustard

3 gingersnaps, crushed

1lbs. ground beef
Directions
- Combine all of the seasonings in a large mixing bowl. Add the beef to the bowl and mix well. Form the beef mixture into 8 meatballs, 2oz. each.
- Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESET 80. Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating. Once preheated, the unit will beep twice, display "Ready", countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food.
- Open the door and place the meatballs in the Air Fry Basket, making sure to not overcrowd them. Slide the basket into rack position 2 and close the door to begin cooking (400°F for 15 minutes). When finished, the unit will beep three times and display "End".
- Using a handheld meat thermometer, check to see that an internal temperature of 155°F has been reached.
