Ingredients
- 6 habaneros, stemmed and seeded
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 lime, zest
- 12 oz mango puree
- 1 T chili flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

¾ C sugar

½ C vinegar
- Pinch of salt
Directions
In a pot, sauté peppers, garlic, and chili flakes.
- Add all ingredients to jar.
- Using the plunger lid, set to speed 7 and blend until consistency is smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Once finished, remove the lid and pour sauce into a container.
- Store in fridge for up to one month.
- Serve and enjoy.
