Ingredients
- 1 C cashews, soaked
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 4 T lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 T chives, chopped
Directions
- Add all ingredients to jar.
Using the plunger lid, set to "Nuts" and blend until smooth.
- Once finished, remove lid and scrape contents into a container.
- Serve with chips or on bread.
