4 bananas

1/2 C olive oil

1/3 C brown sugar

2 eggs

1 t vanilla extract

2 C flour

3 t baking powder

1/2 t baking soda

Pinch salt
- 1/3 C milk
Directions
Add bananas, oil, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla to jar.
Using the plunger lid, set blender to speed 7 and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
Once finished, remove lid.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
Add blended mixture with dry ingredients and add milk. Stir to combine.
Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
Let cool. Serve and enjoy.
