When cleaning the NuWave Bravo XL after cooking, simply take out all the internal pieces, and wash them. Most of these pieces are dishwasher-safe. Wipe down the interior of the Bravo Oven using a damp cloth. Then, make sure the pieces are completely dry before putting everything back together.
The NuWave Bravo Oven can cook food as well as reheat food to crispy perfection, while a microwave tends to add more moisture to food when reheating, making your leftovers soggy. Even though the Bravo XL Oven can pre-heat quickly, microwaves are often faster at heating food. You’ll get tastier results with the Bravo Oven as if your leftovers are being cooked for the first time and not reheated.
