Ingredients
- 1 lb cranberries, fresh
- 1 orange, zest & juice

¾ c sugar
- 1 t cinnamon, ground
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 lbs turkey breast
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- 2 c chicken stock
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 sprig rosemary

Directions
- Set pressure cooker to "sear", add oil, and press "start/stop". As oil is heating, season turkey breast with salt and pepper and place in pressure cooker. Brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side. Remove turkey breast and set aside. Drain oil and clean pot. Return pot to pressure cooker.
- Add cranberries, orange juice, and zest. Close and lock lid, set pressure cooker to "steam/veggies", adjust time to 1 minute and press "start/stop". When done, allow to naturally release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
- Carefully open lid. Set pressure cooker to "sear", adjust time to 10 minutes, and press "start/stop". Add sugar and cinnamon and stir. Simmer sauce and stir to break down cranberries. Simmer 7 minutes. Add turkey breast back to pressure cooker along with chicken stock, thyme, and rosemary. Close and lock lid, set pressure cooker to "poultry", and press "start/stop".
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Carefully open lid, remove turkey to serving platter, and ladle sauce over turkey. Serve.
