4 (6-oz) chicken breasts

Cooking spray
- 3 T butter, melted
- 1⁄2 c buffalo-style hot sauce, divided
- 4 sesame seed hamburger buns (or rolls)
- 1⁄3 c refrigerated blue cheese dressing (or ranch dressing)
- 1⁄2 t Creole seasoning
- 11/2 c matchstick-cut carrots
- 11/2 c diagonally sliced celery
- 1⁄4 c finely chopped onions (optional)
- 1 (4-oz) pkg. crumbled blue cheese (or shredded Parmesan or Swiss cheese)
Directions
Preheat Bravo and set to broil at 500°F (TOP only).
Spay enamel baking pan with cooking spray. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken breasts in pan. Insert Probe into one chicken breast. Set Probe to 165°F. Broil chicken until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Remove chicken and reserve.
In a bowl, stir together butter and hot sauce. Brush cut sides of hamburger buns or rolls evenly with mixture. Place cut side up in baking pan.
In a bowl, stir together blue cheese dressing, remaining hot sauce mixture, and Creole seasoning. Add carrots, celery, and onion. Toss to coat.
Arrange chicken on bottom halves of buns/rolls. Layer carrot mixture on top evenly. Top with remaining bun/roll halves.
Place in Bravo on cooking rack in position 2. Set to bake at 350°F for 5-6 minutes. Serve with additional hot sauce, if desired.
