Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 3T extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- On a plate brush pork with 2T oil, and season with salt, pepper.
Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select one of the following PRESETS:
• Medium - 37
• Well - 38- Place the baking tray into the unit in rack position 1.
- Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating. Once preheated, the unit will beep twice, display "Ready", countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food. Open the unit and brush tray with 1T oil, place the pork tenderloin on tray.
Close the door to begin Stage 1 (425°F combo, 90% steam) for 7 minutes, after which the unit will beep three times to flip pork, to begin Stage 2, (425°F combo, 90% steam).
• Medium - 7 minutes
• Well - 9 minutes
When the time is finished, the unit will beep 3 times.Open the door and remove the pork, to a serving plate, check with digital thermometer for temperature:
• Medium - 145°F
• Well - 165°F
