1 C raspberries

¼ C white wine vinegar

½ C olive oil

3 T shallot, chopped
Directions
Combine ingredients into blender jar.
Place vacuum lid on. Set to “Fresh”, vacuum, then blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
Release vacuum and pour into a container or serve immediately with salad.
