Ingredients

¾ c water
- 2 (8-oz) salmon fillets
- pinch of salt and pepper

½ lemon, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 sprig rosemary
Directions
- In the pot, add water and rosemary and place in steamer rack. Add salmon, skin-side down. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and cover with sliced lemon.
- Close and lock the lid, set cooker to "fish", and cook for 3 minutes. Press start/stop.
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Carefully open lid and remove salmon.
- Remove the steamer rack and set cooker to "sear". Add sliced vegetables. Sear veggies for 3-4 minutes. Remove veggies and serve with salmon.
