Ingredients

2 (6oz) jars artichokes hearts, drained, divided and chopped

1c mayonnaise

8 cloves of fresh garlic, minced

1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened

1c Parmesan cheese, grated and divided

2c Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions
In medium bowl, mix garlic, mayonnaise, cream cheese, ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese and artichokes.
Place in oven-safe dish.
Place on 1-inch rack and sprinkle remaining Parmesan and Monterey Jack cheese over top.
Bake at 350°F for 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
