Ingredients

4 T butter (room temperature)

1 c all-purpose flour
- 2 c sugar, divided
- 1 T baking powder
- 1⁄2 c milk
- 4 peaches, sliced
Directions
In a bowl, combine butter, flour, 1c sugar, and baking powder. Add milk. Stir.
Pour batter into 4 greased ramekins and place onto the Baking Pan.
In a pot, bring remaining 1c sugar and sliced peaches up to a slow boil, stirring constantly. Pour over batter.
Place ramekins with Baking Pan onto Cooking Rack set in slot 1.
Set Bravo to “Bake” at 375 ̊F for 40 minutes.
When done, carefully remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
