Ingredients

1 bunch organic colored carrots, peeled

1/2 red onion, quartered
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 yam, peeled, quartered
- Sea salt, as needed

Freshly ground black pepper, as needed

3T extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- Open the Bravo door. Place the Grill/Griddle, Grill side-up onto the Mesh Rackand place into position 1. Press ON/OFF to turn on the Bravo. press PRESET then turn START/PAUSE dial to select Preset 23. Press START/PAUSE to begin the preheating to 425 ̊F.
- While the Bravo is preheating. Toss the vegetables in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Once the Bravo is preheated the Bravo will beep twice, ready, 10 second countdown, and beep once. Open the Bravo door and pull out the Grill and place the vegetables onto the Grill. Slide the Grill/Griddle back into the Bravo. Close the Bravo door to begin cooking 425 ̊F for 26 minutes. Carefully turn the vegetables halfway.
- After the Bravo is finished cooking, it will beep 3 times and display “End”.
- When done, carefully remove the vegetables from the Bravo and let it cool for 3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
