Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 3 oz ham, thinly sliced
- 4 thin slices Swiss cheese
- Cooking spray
- 1 oz mayonnaise
- 1 oz Dijon mustard
Directions
Place the Grill/Griddle Plate (bottom, Griddle-side up) in the Duet. Place on Air Fryer Lid and press "AIR FRY".
Press "PROG" and turn the "START/PAUSE" dial until program number "30" is displayed. Press "START/PAUSE" to preheat.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on first slice of bread, then add 2 slices cheese, ham, 2 additional slices cheese, and top with other slice of bread. Spray sandwich with cooking spray.
- When preheated, remove Lid and spray Griddle Plate with cooking spray. Place sandwich on Griddle Plate. Return Air Fryer Lid to Duet to automatically begin cooking at the programmed setting.
- When done, remove Lid and carefully lift out sandwich. Place on a plate, cut in half, and serve.
