4 medium russet potatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel potatoes and cut into thin strips.
Soak fries in water for 30 minutes.
Preheat Brio to 360°F.
Pat fries dry and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Once preheated, place fries in Brio Basket and air fry for 18 minutes.
