Ingredients
- 8 T butter, salted, melted
- ½ c sugar, granulated
- ¼ c light brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1½ c all-purpose flour
- ½ t baking soda
- ¼ t sea salt
- ¾ c chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter with sugars until creamy. Add vanilla extract and egg. Beat on low speed until just incorporated.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until crumbles form. Using hands, press the crumbles together until a dough forms. Add the chocolate chips and incorporate.
- Roll dough into 12 large balls. Place in the enamel baking pan or Silicone Baking Pan. Bake for 7-10 minutes. When done, the cookies will look puffy, dry, and tops will be just barely golden.
- Remove and allow to cool in pan for 30 minutes before removing and serving.
