Ingredients

½ stick butter
- 1 t vanilla extract

¾ C brown sugar
- 2 C heavy cream
- 1 T bourbon
- Pinch of salt
- 4 egg yolks

⅓ C cornstarch
Directions
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add vanilla.
- Add brown sugar and stir.
- Add in cream, bourbon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks and cornstarch.
- Combine cream mixture and egg yolk mixture in blender jar.
Using the plunger lid, set blender to "Fresh" and blend for 30 seconds.
- Once finished, remove the lid and pour contents into a container.
- Let chill for 4 hours in the fridge.
- Serve and enjoy.
