Ingredients
- 8 oz soft American cheese, cubed

1-¼ c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 c cavatappi pasta, uncooked
- 3 T butter
- 1 c buffalo sauce
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 t sea salt

¼ t black pepper, fresh ground
- 1 c milk

½ c heavy cream
Directions
Add cheese, pasta, butter, buffalo sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, milk, and heavy cream; stir well.
- Set the cooker to "slow cook" and adjust for 2 hrs. Cover with glass lid. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes.
- Afterward, if not done, cook and adjust for 1 additional hr. Check every 15-30 minutes until done.
Recipe Note
TIP
Add leftover chicken (shredded or cubed) the last 30 minutes of cooking to add another dimension to the dish.
