Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 c cayenne pepper sauce
- 1 c chicken stock

½ pkg ranch seasoning mix
- 1 T brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Slider buns
- Coleslaw
- Ranch dressing
Directions
- Place chicken in pressure cooker. Add hot sauce, chicken stock, ranch mix, brown sugar, and garlic. Toss to coat.
- Close lid and lock. Set to "poultry", adjust time to 15 minutes, and press "start/stop".
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
- Carefully open lid and remove chicken to plate. Shred with fork, discarding any bones and skin. Return shredded chicken to cooker. Mix in with sauce.
- Assemble sandwiches, placing some chicken on slider buns and topping with ranch dressing and coleslaw.
