Ingredients

3.5c napa cabbage, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt, as needed
- 16oz. ground pork
- 1t cilantro, chopped
- Non-stick cooking spray, as needed
- Dipping sauce, as needed
- 1 t sesame oil
- 1-1/2t soy sauce

1 package dumpling/wonton wrappers

Water, as needed
- Sliced scallions, as needed for garnish
Directions
Press the STEAM function and set the time for 5 minutes. Place chopped napa cabbage on baking tray and place in oven rack position 2. Press START/PAUSE and cook. When finished oven will beep three times and display "End". Remove tray and let cool to room temperature. Place in refrigerator and when cold, chop into fine pieces and place in a bowl after squeezing out the excess water. Add the garlic, salt, pork, cilantro, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix well.
Make dumplings by using 1/2t. filling for each wrapper. Brush edge with water, fold over and press to seal in the shape of a triangle. Brush the triangle points with water and press together.
- Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESET 67.
Place the baking tray spray with non-stick cooking spray, add dumplings and place into the unit in rack position 2. Press START/PAUSE dial to begin cooking (210°F, 100% steam) for 8 minutes.
When the time is finished, oven will beep three times and display "End". Remove baking tray and place dumplings on a serving plate. Sprinkle with scallions and serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
