With an expansive temperature range, adjustable in 10-degree increments, the Nuwave PIC Gold can cook as low as 100°F and as high as 575°F. The PIC Gold features 100 hours of memory that allows you to program your favorite cooking procedures, as well as a Delay function that allows you to initiate cooking when it's most convenient for you. By generating heat directly in the cookware itself, the PIC greatly reduces the risk of fires and accidental burns making it safer than conventional cooktops. With a lightweight, compact design, you can take the PIC virtually anywhere. It even features adjustable wattage, letting you choose from 600, 900 or the default 1500.

Nuwave with 9in pan

Always love Nuwave. We choose our Nuwave over our oven. Our 7 yr old grandson has a cook off with us every other week end.

This new PIC double induction cooktop is truly an upgrade from our 2 previous PIC single induction cooktops. We pretty much cook everything on this and it has more features than our original PIC, which we also loved. Plus, it is light weight on doesn't turn on when you plug it in because it has a separate on/off switch so we can keep it plugged in, unlike the original which had to be constantly plugged in and unplugged. If you liked the original single PIC's, you'll really enjoy this one!

Unit operates great with cast iron (solves the stove with glass cooktop problem).

When a problem occurred, the customer service professionally & expediently resolved the issue as quickly as I’ve seen by any manufacturer (& I managed construction).

So, I get an alert from shop that my package had been delivered, I was at home…. No package, I checked the cameras no ups truck even came to my door. I wrote to the help line and immediately got an email return. I further explained that no truck even showed up, so they were not dropped off and stolen…. About 10 minutes later I get a call from ups….explained the situation….. and later that night a regular car came and dropped off my packages
