Ingredients
- 1lb. ground turkey

2 slices Colby Jack cheese, each cut in half

4 dinner rolls, each cut in half
- 1⁄2t garlic powder
- Sea salt, to taste
- Non-stick cooking spray, as need
Directions
- Form the ground turkey into four individual 4oz. patties and season them with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Open the Bravo door. Place the enamel broiling rack in the enamel baking pan and place that on the cooking rack in position 1. Press On/Off to turn on the Bravo. Then press Preset and turn the Start/Pause dial to select Preset 12. Press Start/Pause to begin preheating to 450°F.
Once the Bravo is preheated the Bravo will beep twice, ready, 10 second countdown, and one more beep. Open the Bravo door. Insert the Probe into the side of one of the turkey sliders. Pull out the enamel broiling rack and enamel baking pan, Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place the sliders on the enamel broiling rack. Close the Bravo door and begin cooking 450 ̊F to Probe Internal Temperature 155 ̊F. The Bravo will beep twice, three times.
- Open the Bravo door and pull out enamel broiling rack and enamel baking pan, top each turkey slider with cheese. Slide the enamel broiling rack back into Bravo and cook until Internal Probe Temperature 165 ̊F and the cheese melts. The Bravo will beep three times and display “End”.
- Remove, place each slider on a half a roll, and then cover with the other half. Serve and enjoy.
