Ingredients
- 1 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, small dice
- 1 green pepper, small dice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lbs beef, ground
- 1 c tomato paste
- 4 c tomato sauce
- 3 c tomatoes, diced

¼ c sugar
- 2 T oregano, dried
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
Directions
Set pressure cooker to "sear", adjust time to 15 minutes, press "start/stop", and add oil. When oil is hot, add onion, green pepper, and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute then add beef and brown, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Close and lock lid and set pressure cooker to "soup". Adjust time to 20 minutes and press "start/stop".
- When done, do a quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening the lid.
- Carefully open the lid and check the sauce for seasoning. Add salt and pepper, if needed.
