Ingredients
- 1 c water
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled, 2-to 3-inch cubes
- 3 T unsalted butter
- 2 T maple syrup

¼ t nutmeg
- Sea salt
Directions
- Pour water into cooker. Place steamer rack in bottom of cooker. Place potato chunks on rack.
- Close and lock lid, set pressure cooker to "potatoes", adjust time to 8 minutes, and press "start/stop".
- When done, quick release pressure and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
- Carefully open lid and remove sweet potatoes. Transfer to large bowl. Use a masher to mash the potatoes.
- Add nutmeg, butter, and maple syrup. Mix well. Season to taste with sea salt. Serve and enjoy.
