Ingredients

1½ C water
- 2 T sour cream
- 2 t flaxseed oil
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 t cocoa powder
- 1 T agave
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the jar and close the lid.
- Set to speed 7 and blend for 15 seconds.
- Remove lid, pour into desired cup, and enjoy.
