Ingredients
- 2 lbs. baby potatoes
- 1⁄3c extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt, as needed

Freshly ground black pepper, as needed

1⁄2t cayenne pepper
Directions
- Open the Bravo door. Place the the Grill/Griddle, Grill side-up onto the Mesh Rack and place into position 3. Press ON/OFF to turn on the Bravo. press PRESET then turn START/PAUSE dial to select Preset 28. Press START/PAUSE to begin the preheating to 450 ̊F.
- While the Bravo is preheating. Toss the potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the Bravo is preheated the Bravo will beep twice, ready,10 second countdown, and beep once. Open the Bravo door and pull out the Mesh Rack, place the potatoes onto the Mesh Rack and slide back into the Bravo, close the door to begin cooking 450 ̊F for 23 minutes.
- After the Bravo is finished cooking, it will beep 3 times and display “End”.
- When done, carefully remove from the Mesh Rack. Serve and enjoy.
