Ingredients
- 3T extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2t sea salt
- 1⁄4t freshly ground black pepper

1lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

1⁄2c panko (Japanese) breadcrumbs

1½t minced fresh rosemary
Directions
Press ON/OFF to turn on the Bravo. press PRESET then turn START/PAUSE dial to select Preset 47. Press START/PAUSE to begin the preheating to AIR FRY 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with the garlic-oil mixture in the bowl, add salt and pepper.
- Place all of the Brussels sprouts on the air fry basket.
- Once the Bravo is preheated the Bravo will beep twice, ready, 10 second countdown, and beep once. Open the Bravo door place the Mesh Rack on position 3, and place grill on position 1 on shelf rack. Close the Bravo door to begin AIR FRYING 400 ̊F for 15 minutes.
- Halfway, open the Bravo door, pull out air fry basket and stir the brussels sprouts. Slide back into the Bravo.
- After the Bravo is finished AIR FRYING, it will beep 3 times and display “End”.
- In a bowl, add the breadcrumbs with rosemary, add the cooked Brussels sprouts, toss together.
- Pour onto a plate and serve immediately.
