TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

In order to provide you with the best service and quickest delivery times, all orders received by 11am CST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders received Monday-Friday after 11am CST will be processed and shipped the next business day. To ensure quick turnaround, Nuwave, LLC. unfortunately cannot manage cancellations during the processing period. This is only available for orders shipping within the continental United States. By ordering, you agree to these cancellation terms.

NINETY (90) DAY RETURN GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please be advised that you may, if not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your Nuwave OxyPure Zero within ninety (90) days of purchase for a full product refund, less processing and handling charges. This applies to orders with approved credit being delivered to all valid physical mailing addresses within the United States. By accepting this offer, you agree to the terms of this guarantee.

THREE (3) YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY INFORMATION:

The Nuwave OxyPure Zero is covered for a full three (3) year under normal use. Nuwave, LLC will provide the necessary parts and labor to repair or replace the Nuwave OxyPure Zero during this time. After the expiration of the warranty, the cost to repair or replace the Nuwave OxyPure Zero will be the responsibility of the owner. 1-YEAR LIMITED VIP WARRANTY:

The 1-YEAR LIMITED VIP WARRANTY applies only to purchases made directly from Nuwave LLC (not third-party retailers) by customers within the 48 contiguous states. It covers customer's shipping costs when returning a defective unit to Nuwave (if requested) and when having a replacement unit and/or parts shipped from Nuwave to customer for one year from date of purchase. Shipping covered under this warranty shall be via UPS, FedEx, or another similar service, determined at Nuwave's sole discretion. This warranty does not replace the Manufacturer's Limited Warranty and it shall only apply to shipping costs when Nuwave, in its sole discretion, determines that a valid warranty claim has been made under the Manufacturer's Limited Warranty.
