Ingredients
- 1 (4-lb) pork shoulder roast
- Sea Salt, as needed

Freshly ground black pepper, as needed

2 t garlic powder
- 2 t onion powder
- 2 t cayenne pepper, divided
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 lb baby potatoes
Directions
- Dry pork shoulder with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and 1t cayenne. Rub spices into the shoulder.
- Set pork onto Baking Pan. Place onto the Cooking Rack in slot 1.
In a bowl, toss potatoes in oil and season with salt and 1t of cayenne pepper. Arrange potatoes around pork.
- Set Bravo to “Roast” at 400 ̊F for 45 minutes.
When done, carefully remove potatoes; set aside. Leave the pork in the oven. Set to 400 ̊F and crisp the skin for 5 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the oven, serve with potatoes, and enjoy.
Recipe Note
TIP: Insert handheld meat thermometer to see if correct internal temperature has been reached. Refer to Temperature Guide chart.
