Ingredients
- 1 lb butter, cubed

⅓ C honey

½ t vanilla extract
Directions
- Add butter into jar.
- Using the plunger lid, set to speed 3 and slowly beat the butter.
Slowly increase the speed to 6. Remove plunger cap and add in honey and vanilla.
- Blend for 4-5 minutes.
- Once finished, remove the lid and scrape butter out onto parchment paper.
- Roll into a log and store in fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Serve as a spread for toast or other favorites.
