Ingredients
- 1 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cloves garlic, minced

1-½ lbs fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 t Italian seasoning
- 2 T fresh chives, mined
- 2 T parsley, rough chop

¼ c dry white wine

¼ c vegetable stock
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Set pressure cooker to "sear" and add oil. When hot, add garlic. Cook until fragrant. Add mushrooms, Italian seasoning, chives, parsley, vegetable stock, and wine.
- Close lid and lock. Set to "steam/veggies" and adjust for 2 minutes.
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Carefully open lid. Serve mushrooms hot.
