- 4 C shredded coconut
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Add coconut into blender and a pinch of salt.
- Using the plunger lid, set to speed 8 and blend for 9 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides.
- Once a thick paste has formed, empty the contents of jar into a container. Use or store coconut butter.
